Toffy Studio operates toffystudio.com to introduce its apps and games and provide support. This policy covers the website and messages sent through its support form. For privacy questions, use our support form. Each app will have its own Privacy Policy explaining its actual data practices.

Our website uses WordPress.com and Jetpack, services provided by Automattic. These services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, pages requested, referring websites, and visit times to deliver the website, maintain security, and produce usage statistics. When you use the support form, we receive your email address and message, along with any optional name or app information you provide. We use this information to reply, investigate issues, and handle privacy requests. WordPress and Jetpack process form submissions; submissions may also be checked by Akismet for spam. This website currently has no released app listings, user accounts, or payment checkout. This policy does not describe information collected inside future apps. Each app’s policy and App Store privacy information will be based on its actual permissions, features, and service providers and linked from its product page before release.
